Privacy Policy
This policy explains what information the game Space Shooter: Naga Blast (the "Game"), published by Kode4U ("we", "us"), collects, how it is used and the choices you have. It covers the Android and iOS apps and the browser version.
In short: you can play without an account and we never ask for your name, email, location, contacts, photos, camera or microphone. Your progress stays on your device. The leaderboard stores a random ID with your pilot name and scores, and Google AdMob shows ads that use your device's advertising ID.
1. Information stored on your device
Your game progress (coins, level, ships, upgrades, boosts, missions, settings and similar) is saved only in the app's local storage on your device. We do not receive it. Uninstalling the Game or clearing its data deletes it.
2. Leaderboard (Google Firebase)
To show the global ranking, the Game signs in to Google Firebase anonymously. This creates a random user ID that is not linked to your name, email or Google account. With that ID we store:
| Data | Purpose |
|---|---|
| Anonymous Firebase user ID | Keeps one leaderboard entry per player |
| Pilot name (an in-game nickname) | Shown publicly on the leaderboard |
| Highest level, stars, points and selected ship | Ranking and display on the leaderboard |
| Time of the last update | Sorting and housekeeping |
Leaderboard entries are visible to other players. Please don't use your real name or personal information as your pilot name. Data is stored in Google Cloud Firestore and processed by Google under the Firebase privacy and security terms.
3. Advertising (Google AdMob)
The Game shows ads served by Google AdMob, for example between levels or when you choose to watch an ad for a reward. To serve and measure ads, AdMob may collect your device's advertising ID (Android Advertising ID or Apple IDFA where permitted), device and app information, approximate location derived from your IP address, and ad interactions such as views and taps. Google may use this to show personalized ads where the law allows and you have not opted out.
You can learn more in How Google uses information from sites or apps that use its services and the Google Privacy Policy. Where required (for example in the EEA, UK and Switzerland), you will be asked for consent before personalized ads are shown.
4. More games list
When you leave the Game, it may show other games from Kode4U. The list is downloaded from our server (apps.kode4u.tech). Like any web server, it may log your IP address and device type briefly for security and operations. No other data is sent.
5. Notifications
After your first win the Game asks whether it may send notifications. If you allow it, Google Firebase Cloud Messaging gives your device a push token and subscribes it to the Game's news topics (by language). We use this only to send occasional reminders and game news, a few times a week at most. We don't link the token to your name or leaderboard entry. You can turn notifications off at any time in your phone's settings.
6. What we don't collect
- No account, email, phone number or real name is required.
- No precise location, contacts, photos, files, camera or microphone access.
- No analytics or tracking SDKs beyond those described above.
- No in-app purchases or payment information.
7. How long we keep data
Leaderboard entries are kept while the leaderboard runs, or until you ask us to delete them. Data held by Google AdMob and Firebase is retained according to Google's own policies.
8. Your choices and rights
- Delete your leaderboard entry: email info.kode4u@gmail.com with your pilot name. We will remove it within 30 days.
- Limit ad personalization: on Android go to Settings › Google › Ads (or Settings › Privacy › Ads) and delete or reset your advertising ID; on iOS go to Settings › Privacy & Security › Tracking.
- Stop notifications: turn them off for the Game in your phone's notification settings.
- Remove everything on your device: uninstall the Game or clear its storage.
Depending on where you live (for example under the GDPR or CCPA), you may have rights to access, correct, delete or object to processing of your personal data. Contact us to exercise them.
9. Children
The Game is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided personal information through the leaderboard, contact us and we will delete it.
10. Security
Data sent to Firebase and AdMob travels over encrypted connections (HTTPS). Leaderboard entries can only be changed by the anonymous user who created them.
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as the Game changes. The new version will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
